1. Information We Collect

When you use FeelTwo, we may collect the following information:

• Your WhatsApp phone number
• Your name (if provided)
• Photos you upload of your room, wall, exterior, or other spaces
• Your colour, style, and design preferences
• Conversation messages you send to our chatbot
• Usage data such as number of generations and modes used

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate AI visualizations of your space in new colours, styles, or designs
• Provide and improve our home visualization service
• Personalize design suggestions based on your preferences
• Process payments for premium features (when launched)
• Send service-related notifications
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our product

3. AI Image Processing

Photos you upload are processed by AI image generation models (including Replicate Pruna, ModelsLab, and Google Gemini) to create visualizations. Photos are stored temporarily on Cloudinary for processing and result delivery. We do not sell, license, or share your photos with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the AI result.

4. WhatsApp Data

FeelTwo operates through the WhatsApp Business API. By messaging FeelTwo on WhatsApp, you agree to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We only access messages and photos sent directly to our business number.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Service providers who help us operate our platform (Cloudflare, Cloudinary, Replicate, ModelsLab, Google Gemini, Firebase)
• When required by law or legal process
• To protect the rights and safety of our users

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transfer is encrypted via HTTPS.

7. Data Retention

We retain photos and conversation data for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain conversation context. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Photos are typically deleted from our processing servers within 30 days of generation.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of our service at any time by messaging "STOP" to our WhatsApp number

9. Children's Privacy

FeelTwo is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
