Welcome to FeelTwo. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using FeelTwo.

1. About FeelTwo

FeelTwo is an AI-powered home visualization service available via WhatsApp and web. Our service helps users see how their home would look with new wall colours, sofas, curtains, tiles, doors, and other design elements — by uploading a photo and choosing a mode.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FeelTwo. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Free Service

FeelTwo is currently free to try via WhatsApp. We may introduce paid features in the future. Any pricing changes will be communicated clearly before being applied to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FeelTwo to:

Send spam, abusive, or offensive messages
Upload photos that are illegal, obscene, or violate someone else's privacy
Upload photos of people without their consent
Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt our service
Impersonate other users or FeelTwo staff
Use the service for any illegal purpose
Reverse engineer or scrape our AI models

5. AI-Generated Content

FeelTwo uses AI image generation models (Pruna, ModelsLab, Gemini) to create visualizations. While we strive for realistic and accurate results:

AI-generated images are visualization aids, not exact previews
Final paint colours, fabric textures, and material finishes may vary in real life
You should always confirm with physical samples before purchasing or renovating
Lighting, camera quality, and scene complexity affect AI output

FeelTwo is not responsible for purchase or renovation decisions made based on AI visualizations.

6. Photo Ownership

You retain full ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant FeelTwo a limited license to process the photo through AI to generate the requested visualization. Generated AI images are provided for your personal use.

7. WhatsApp Usage

When using FeelTwo via WhatsApp, you also agree to WhatsApp's Terms of Service. You can opt out of FeelTwo's WhatsApp service at any time by messaging "STOP" to our business number.

8. Privacy

Your use of FeelTwo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and functionality of FeelTwo are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The "FeelTwo" name and logo are trademarks of our business. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content or branding without permission.

10. Disclaimers

FeelTwo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

Our service will be uninterrupted or error-free
AI-generated results will perfectly match real-world appearance
The service will meet your specific design preferences

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeelTwo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. This includes any costs, losses, or damages from purchase or renovation decisions based on FeelTwo visualizations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of FeelTwo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated to active users.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to FeelTwo for users who violate these Terms or engage in abusive or illegal behaviour.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

15. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

FeelTwo offers paid design credit packs in addition to the free tier. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

Payment processing. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit/debit cards, netbanking, and wallets.
Currency. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Credits. Each successful generation consumes one design credit. Credits are added to your account immediately upon payment confirmation.
Used credits are non-refundable. Once a design has been generated and delivered, the credit consumed for that generation cannot be refunded, as AI generation costs are incurred per request.
Unused credits — refund eligibility. You may request a refund for unused credits within 7 days of purchase by emailing nilesh53333@gmail.com with your phone number and Razorpay transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Failed generations. If a design generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit is automatically refunded to your account at no cost to you.
Credit expiry. Purchased credits remain valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, unused credits expire and are not eligible for refund.
Cancellation. You can stop using FeelTwo at any time by messaging "STOP" to our WhatsApp business number. There is no recurring subscription — credit packs are one-time purchases.
Disputes. For any payment-related dispute, contact us first at nilesh53333@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 working days.

16. Service Delivery

FeelTwo is a digital service delivered entirely through WhatsApp. There is no physical product or shipping involved. AI-generated design previews are typically delivered within 30 seconds of request. We do not have a physical delivery, shipping, or return policy as nothing is shipped.
